In the Return Policy - KIZUNA PARIS , each piece is carefully selected and described precisely to ensure complete transparency. Our items are unique, often from archive collections or limited series.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Prior request required

Before any return, you must send us a written request to support@### .
Without written authorization from our customer service, any returned package will be refused and returned to the sender , without refund.

Strict return conditions

  • The item must be strictly unused, unworn, unwashed, odorless and unaltered .

  • It must be returned in its original condition , with its packaging, labels and all accessories .

  • Archival items, vintage items, sale items or items on promotion are neither returned nor refunded .

  • The final assessment of the conformity of the article belongs exclusively to KIZUNA PARIS .

Fees and Liability

  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer .

  • Initial delivery charges are never refunded.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping. For any item valued over €75, a tracked and insured service is required.

  • KIZUNA PARIS declines all responsibility in the event of loss, damage or non-compliant return.

Validation and reimbursement

  • After inspecting the item, we will notify the customer by email whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

  • Any item that does not meet our conditions will be refused and returned to the customer, without refund .

  • If accepted, the refund will be made within 10 working days , exclusively to the initial payment method, and only for the amount of the item (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges

No standard exchanges are offered. As our pieces are unique, only items recognized as defective upon delivery will be eligible for a refund, after evaluation by our team.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
